All members are encouraged to attend meetings. There is a fee for meals. If you wish to attend the meeting only, no payment is required. Advise Pam and she will have a seat for you meetingsdirector@maycourt.ca

Pan seared rainbow trout with corn coulis and sweet potato mash and seasonal vegetables

$40.00 inclusive of tax and gratuities. Cash bar.

Registration Deadline

Registration must be received by Tuesday November 18, 2025.
Changes cannot be accepted after this date, as this is a plated meal.

Refund Policy

If you have registered and find you are unable to attend before the registration deadline above, please contact Pam Buist, Meetings Director at meetingsdirector@maycourt.ca to request a refund.

If you have registered and find you are unable to attend after the registration deadline above, please contact Pam Buist, Meetings Director at meetingsdirector@maycourt.ca as there may be someone who missed the signup period and would like to attend.

Payment Methods

Please read meeting details before purchasing your ticket.

Preferred payment method is e-transfer to treasurer@maycourt.ca, indicating menu choice in notes section.

The following payment methods are also accepted:

credit card: contact Sharon Shields at 905-825-8226, advising Sharon of your menu choice.

OR

cheque:  Payment by e-transfer or credit card is preferred and appreciated. However, if paying by cheque:

      1. Make cheque payable to “The May Court Club of Oakville”,
      2. Indicate your entree choice on your cheque, and
      3. Place your cheque in the GM mail pouch labeled “Luncheon Meeting” by the back door of the Shop.
